Community Links Practitioner
The Practice works with Community Links Practitioners and appointments are available with them in the surgery. They are here to help you improve your health and wellbeing through connecting you with activities and services in your area. The Community Links Practitioner will work with you to find groups and services covering a range of needs, topics and interests.
Some of the things we can help link you with:
- Training, volunteering and employment
- Self management of health
- Money and welfare support
- Local activities and hobby groups
- Housing issues
We will always do our best to work alongside you to get the support that you need.
Listening Service

Listening Service
Alex provides a confidential listening service. This service can be used to help patients talk through various problems which may be causing them varying degrees of distress. This service promotes wellbeing and helps people to explore their own inner resources and those of the communities around them. Appointments can be arranged with him by contacting Reception.
Community Falls Team
The Community Falls Assistant Practitioners are an NHS service covering North, South and East Ayrshire. The service has been set up to provide support and care for people at home who have had a fall or are worried about falling.
