Insurance & Medical Examinations

Insurance medicals and non-NHS examinations are undertaken by mutual arrangement with your GP (eg HGV medicals, sports medicals). A fee will be charged in accordance with BMA rates.
These take longer than a normal appointment and should be discussed with the receptionist in advance.

If you would like to request a medical report, please call the practice on 01655 882708.

Please note that medical report request can take up to 30 days to be completed.

If you require the report completed by a certain date then please ensure that we are aware of this. 

You will be sent a text or telephoned by an admin staff member when the report is ready for collection. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
